Luis Cubel is Vice President at Arla Foods Ingredients, a global leader in functional and nutritional whey ingredients and child nutrition manufacturing.
Since 2002 Luis Cubel has hold various commercial and leadership positions within Arla Foods Ingredi-ents, including three years as General Manager at the German subsidiary.
Luis Cubel is located in Denmark and a member of the leadership team at Arla Foods Ingredients and is responsible for sales and marketing. Further, he is President of the European Whey Processors Association.

Fraser Tooley, Strategy Consultant to the global B2B dairy ingredients industry, Ireland
Fraser Tooley from Nottingham England, has a masters degree in Biochemistry & Microbiology. He has worked in various technical and commercial roles for DSM, Glanbia, and Friesland Campina, always in a B2B setting.
Fraser has been part of the phenomenal growth and development of whey and whey derivatives over the last 30 years, the last 12 of which as Business Development Director for Friesland Campina Ingredients, before setting up as an industry consultant in 2019.
A former President of the EWPA, Fraser now focuses on providing support with strategy development and identifying growth opportunities in B2B food and nutrition ingredients.

State of play and future direction in dairy and dairy ingredients
Ingo Muller, Chief Executive Officer (DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH), Germany
Ingo Müller has been appointed CEO of the leading German dairy, the Deutsches Milchkontor (DMK) cooperative, in 2016 and set up the Vision 2030 strategy with his management team. Since 1997, Ingo held various management functions within the DMK Group: before taking over the role of CEO, Ingo Müller was general manager of ingredients, agriculture and natural resources, where he was active within EWPA.
Ingo Müller wwas also Managing Director at Nordmilch from 2009 to 2011. In 2011 he took over the DMK management of the ingredients sector and the central quality management and research & development, and was responsible for sales of over €1bn per year.
Ingo knows dairy and dairy ingredients in and out. He is a former alumni of the Advanced Management Program HBS and holds a degree as Dairy Engineer from the University of Applied Science of Hannover, Germany. Among his many ‘lactospheric’ commitments, he is the Vice-President of the European Dairy Association (EDA).

Kevin Bellamy, Global Head of Dairy (Rabobank), The Netherlands
As the Global Sector Head, Kevin Bellamy leads Rabobank’s dairy team around the world providing services for the banks dairy clients along the dairy chain and is responsible for the strategic discussions with many of the largest global dairy and dairy ingredient corporations on a global and local basis.
Kevin’s expertise comes originally from industry prior to banking. He joined the Rabobank team of bankers and dairy experts in 2011, after previously being the Executive Director of the Global Dairy Platform (GDP), a global consortium of over 60 companies, with a collective turnover of over $100 billion USD, focusing on collaboration across the industry on key issues affecting dairy demand, sustainability and marketing.
In the past, Kevin has also been Chief Executive Officer of the UK Milk Development Council, and has served on a number of dairy related Boards around the world. Kevin Bellamy is a Chartered Director and MBA.
